Ingredients:
1 cup peanut butter (Arrowhead Mills opt)
1 cup sugar or (sucanat opt)
1 egg slightly beaten

Directions:
In mixing bowl beat:
Peanut butter and sugar. Add egg and mix well. Form into small balls and place on ungreased cookie sheet. Press down with fork. Bake 350 degrees for 5 minutes. Let cool.
Makes 12 cookies
