Peanut buter pancakes
A great "day starting" breakfast!
Ingredients: 2 1/2 cups flour 4 tablespoons sugar 5 teaspoons baking powder 1 teaspoon salt 2 1/2 cups milk 2 egg 1/2 cup peanut butter 6 tablespoons butter, melted
Directions: 1. In large Bowl combine flour, baking powder, sugar and salt. mix until ingredients are nicely interspersed. Set aside. 2. in a small bowl combine milk, eggs and peanut butter and beat until smooth. 3. Combine wet ingredients with dry ingredients and beat until mixture is moist with a smooth consistency. 4. Using a measuring cup. Pour batter unto a lightly greased, heated griddle and cook until golden brown on both sides. Enjoy!
