Peanut Butter Sheet Cake
A Peanut Butter Delight
Ingredients: Cake mix 1 stick butter 1 cup water 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter 1/2 cup vegetable oil 2 cup flour 2 cup sugar 2 eggs, lightly beaten 1 tbsp. vanilla 1/2 cup milk 1 tsp. soda
Icing mix 1 stick butter 1/3 cup milk 1/2 cup peanut butter 1 tsp. vanilla 1 box confectioners' sugar
Directions: Cake mix 1. Preheat oven to 350 2. Over medium heat, in medium size saucepan, bring butter, water, peanut butter and vegetable oil to a boil 3. Remove from heat and add flour, sugar, eggs, vanilla, milk, and baking soda. Mix ingredients until well combined. Pour into greased and floured jelly roll pan. Bake 350 degrees for 12 minutes. (May take less time to cook so keep a eye on it.)
Icing mix 1. In medium saucepan, combine all ingredients except confectioners sugar and bring to boil over medium heat. 2. Remove from heat and add sugar. Stir until well blended. Cool and spread over cake.
