Peanut Butter Oatmeal Cookie

Ingredients:
2 beaten eggs
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup honey
1/2 c dry powdered milk
1- 3/4 cup oatmeal
1/4 cup wheat germ
1/4 cup oat bran
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup peanut butter (Arrowhead Mills Peanut Butter opt)

Directions:
In mixing bowl stir well
2 beaten eggs
1/2 c vegetable oil
1/2 cup honey

Add
1/2 c dry powdered milk
1- 3/4 cup oatmeal
1/4 cup wheat germ
1/4 cup oat bran
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup peanut butter (Arrowhead Mills)

Let mixture stand 30 minutes. Using a tsp take cookie mixture and set on greased cookie sheet. Bake 325 degrees aprox. 15 mins or until done.
Makes 50 cookies.
