Peanut Butter Cheesecake 1
A great recipe for any occasion
Ingredients: 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs 16 ounces cream cheese, cut into small cubes 1/2 cup sour cream 1/2 cup cottage cheese 1/3 cup peanut butter 1/2 cup firmly packed dark brown sugar 2 teaspoons vanilla extract 6 egg whites
Directions: 1. With cooking spray, coat 9-inch spring form pie pan, cover bottom of pan evenly with graham cracker crumbs then set aside.
2. In large bowl combine cream cheese, sour cream and ricotta cheese, then using a egg beater whip ingredients until smooth.
3. Then add peanut butter and mix evenly. Continue to mix slowly while adding in brown sugar and vanilla extract.
4. Slowly while continuing to mix add egg whites, mix thoroughly insuring ingredients are combined.
5. Pour mixture over prepared graham cracker crumbs. Bake at 300F for 50 minutes. Remove from heat and let sit for thirty minutes. (It should be around room temperature) Cover and chill in a refrigerator for 8 hours. Should make around 10 servings, Enjoy!
