Peanut Butter Cake 1
Delicious peanut butter cake
Ingredients: 4 eggs 2 cups sugar or (sucanat opt) 1 tsp vanilla 2 cups flour or (whole wheat pastry flour opt) 1 tsp baking powder 1 cup milk or (Blue Diamond Almond Breeze opt) 2 T butter 12 oz peanut butter (Arrowhead Mills opt) 2 (8 oz) Dark Chocolate Hershey bars
Directions: In mixing bowl beat: Eggs, add sucanat or sugar and vanilla. Add flour and baking powder and mix.
In saucepan scald Milk and butter and hot mixture to flour batter. It will be a thin batter.
Pour mixture into buttered and floured jellyroll pan. Bake 350 degrees aprox. 25 minutes or until done. Spread peanut butter immediately when removed from oven. Refrigerate several hours until peanut butter is thick. Spread melted dark chocolate on top. Refrigerate till cool.
