Peanut Butter Blossom Cookie

Ingredients:
1 cup flour or (whole wheat pastry flour opt)
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/2 c sugar or (sucanat opt)
1 egg
2 T milk or (Blue Diamond Almond Breeze opt)
1 tsp vanilla
1 bag chocolate kisses

Directions:
In bowl sift together:
Flour, baking soda and salt.

In mixing bowl cream together:
Butter, peanut butter, sucanat or sugar and brown sugar. Add eggs, milk, and vanilla and mix. Add flour mixture and mix well.

Shape into balls and roll into sucanat or granulated sugar. Bake 375 degrees.aprox. 8 minutes or until done. Remove from oven and place chocolate candy kisses on top of
each cookie. Firmly press down so cookie will crack and look like a flower.
