Natural peanut butter cookie
A healthier treat to enjoy and share with others.
Ingredients: cup butter, softened cup Adam s All-natural Peanut Butter 1 cup brown sugar 1 egg 1 cup flour, sifted teaspoon baking soda teaspoon ground nutmeg 2 tablespoons sesame seed teaspoon vanilla extract 1 egg white, beaten slightly 1 cup wheat germ
Directions: 1. Preheat oven to 375 F. Grease cookie sheets. 2. Cream butter, peanut butter, sugar, and egg in medium bowl until fluffy. 3. Sift flour, baking soda, and nutmeg into butter mixture. Beat in sesame seed and vanilla on low speed until combined. 4. Shape mixture into balls (about 1-inch). Dip into egg white. Roll in wheat germ. 5. Place on cookie sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes. Allow them to cool before serving.
