1 egg
1 cup peanut butter (Arrowhead Mills Peanut Butter opt)
3/4 c sugar or (sucanat opt)

Directions:
In bowl mix
Egg, peanut butter, and sucanat or sugar until well blended.

Take teaspoon size dough and place on greased cookie sheet. Flatten dough with fork doing cris-cross design. Bake 350 degrees for 8-10 minutes or until done.
