Heavenly Peanut Butter Cheesecake
Creamy dreamy peanut butter cheesecake
Ingredients: 1 lb softened cream cheese 1/2 cup peanut butter (Arrowhead Mills opt) 1 (14 oz) can condensed milk 4 eggs 1 tsp vanilla
Crust 1-1/2 c crushed graham crackers 1 T butter melted
Directions: Preheat oven 300 degrees
Crust 1-1/2 c crushed graham crackers 1 T butter melted
In saucepan add butter until melted add graham crackers and mix well. Press mixture into a 9 inch springform pan.
In bowl mix Softened cream cheese and peanut butter until creamy. Gradually beat in condensed milk until smooth. Add eggs and vanilla and mix well. Pour mixture into greased pan. Bake 55 minutes or until done. Cake will spring back when touched lightly. Let cool then refrigerate and chill before serving.
