Dreamy Peanut Butter Cheesecake
Light and Fluffy Cheesecake
Ingredients: Crust 1/3 cup butter 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
Filling 12 oz pkg. softened cream cheese 2/3 cup creamy peanut butter (Arrowhead Mills opt) 1 (14 oz.) sweetened condensed milk 1/3 cup lemon juice 1 tsp vanilla 1 (4 1/2 oz.) container Cool Whip
Directions: Crust In saucepan melt butter and stir in crumbs. Press crumbs into a 9 inch square pan. Chill.
Filling Stir all filling ingredients and fold in Cool Whip. Sprinkle additional graham cracker crumbs on top. Refrigerate approx. 3 hours. Drizzle with chocolate sauce.
