Chocolate Peanut Butter Pie
A smooth and creamy pie that will make any day
Ingredients: Pie Crust 1 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs 1/4 cup sugar 1/2 cup melted butter
Pie Filling 1 1/2 cup sugar 1/3 cup cornstarch 4 egg yolks 4 cup milk 1/2 cup peanut butter 2 oz. melted unsweetened chocolate 1 tbsp. and 2 tsp of vanilla
Directions: Pie Crust 1. Combine Graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup of sugar, and melted butter. Mix a bit, and then press into 10 inch pie plate
Pie Filling 1. Over medium heat in large saucepan mix sugar, cornstarch, egg yolks and milk with wire whip until it boils. Let boil for about three minutes while stirring constantly. 2. Remove from heat; add peanut butter, chocolate and vanilla. Pour into 10 inch pie plate
