Chocolate Peanut Butter Fudge

Ingredients:
2 cups sugar or (sucanat opt)
1/2 cup milk
1 stick butter
3-4 T cocoa
1/2 c crunchy peanut butter (Arrowhead Mills opt)
2-1/2 - 3 cups quick oatmeal
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Boil sucanat or sugar, milk, butter and cocoa for 1 to 1-1/2 minutes after mixture begins boiling. Remove from heat.

Add
Peanut butter, oatmeal and vanilla. Beat until mixed well and drop on waxed paper by spoonful.
