Chocolate Peanut Butter Cheesecake 1
Yummy peanut butter cheesecake
Ingredients: 1 cup crushed graham crackers 1/3 cup melted butter
3 (8 oz) pkg softened cream cheese 3/4 c sugar or (sucanat opt) 2 T flour or (whole wheat pastry flour opt) 1 tsp vanilla 3 eggs 1 cup chopped milk chocolate peanut butter cups 1 T flour or (whole wheat pastry flour opt)
Directions: Preheat oven 325 degrees.
In bowl stir: 1 cup crushed graham crackers 1/3 cup melted butter Spread mixture in pie tin for crust.
In mixing bowl beat together: Cream cheese, sucanat or sugar, 2 T flour and vanilla. Add eggs one at a time and continue to mix well after adding each egg.
In another bowl add : Chopped peanut butter cups with 1 T flour and stir together. Stir peanut butter cups into cream cheese mixture. Pour into graham cracker crust and bake one hour. Cool down before removing from pan. Refrigerate.
