Ingredients:
1 large egg lightly beaten
1 cup crunchy peanut butter (Arrowhead Mills Opt)
3/4 cup sugar or (sucanat opt)
36 dark chocolate kisses or milk chocolate

Directions:
In bowl mix
Slightly beaten egg, peanut butter, and sucanat or sugar. Roll into 3/4 inch balls. Place cookies on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Place an unwrapped chocolate kiss in the center of each cookie immediately. Place on wire racks to cool. Makes approx. 36 cookies.
