Betty Crocker Peanut Butter Cookie
A great tasting cookie
Ingredients:
2 eggs
1/3 cup water
1/4 cup butter
1 cup peanut butter (Arrowhead Mills) or your choice peanut butter
1 box Betty Crocker yellow cake mix
1 (12) oz bag chocolate chips or (carob chips opt)
Directions:
Preheat oven 375 degrees
In mixing bowl add
Eggs, water, butter, peanut butter and half dry cake mix. Mix well. Add remaining cake mix and mix. Stir in chocolate chips.
On ungreased cookie sheet add rounded teaspoon full aprox 2 inch apart. Bake 10 minutes or until done.
